Revenue recognition will occur when the transaction is closed



It seems to me, this should have been the lead of this entire debacle. No prediction of revenue should have been made knowing full well that revenue would not be recognized until deal closed; which at the time wasn't even an option until board vote to increase outstanding shares (AKA super-dilution vote)
