I called this over 5 months ago.

1. Selling of MJ farm to NOUV for nothing to PURA investor equals more costs of goods to market.

2. Loss of distribution partners supplemented by fluff news. Equals lower customer counts and product exposure. Which equal lower sales.

They've done nothing with the head start in getting a CBD product out. Just lost dhuge market shares to KGKG, VATE, HIPH, and a bunch of others. Their coer sales is now the USMJ and restaurants of PJET/WCVC.

Just sad. If you think their growing sales..dream on...high debt to profits means dilutions likely coming soon.
