They would need the A/S increase if there using shares to make deals. Even if they issue them for deals that dose not meant they will dump them right away. They will be restricted for a while. We will have plenty of time to make gains before they ever get off restriction. A/S increase dose not always mean things are going to go bad anytime soon. Besides it's going to still be a tiny share structure. You have to remember this company only has a $300k market cap right now also. There will be some big gains here from these levels.
