Am I crazy or...

Could this dilution be the result of management “liquifying” the stock so that larger buys (from institutional / manufacturing partners) have less volatility? Maybe this is their way of bringing stability to the stock price for a longer term picture.

I asked myself today, “what changed” nothing really has. Look at that brand new website - this company is no joke (those stickies are great! Btw) $FLES may be new, and things may be complex, but why go to all the trouble to do this to your company to have this happen.
