It mentions that it is in the Goldendale area. " The
company has decided to lease a factory in the Goldendale area to get the production started
ASAP instead of waiting for the new construction."

It does NOT mention when the property will be available . Also why don't they just lease the factory permanantly instead of building new facilities. I wonder if the city of Goldendale knows of this change in plans. Was not mentioned when I was there a week ago.
