I wouldn't be surprised, then again, VATE traded 3x its normal daily volume, plus ended towards the top of the candle, and the 30 min chart looked pretty awesome for them today. The moving averages have been and continuing to cross too for what its worth. I know the golden cross is still a week or 2 out depending on volume. Tomorrow will be interesting over there, and of course. the higher VATE goes, the bigger the asset is on the books for KGKG's ownership of the preferred D's.
