What a SCAM COMPANY!

Inducing investors to buy stock for 6 MONTHS straight by telling them a deal was in the works with an inventor that had a uranium mining invention and "royalties from that deal could start in 6 months". The one small problem was that the uranium claims could not be LEGALLY PERMITTED for any exploration. That is BLATANT CRIMINAL FRAUD, aka, "FRAUD IN THE INDUCEMENT".

Right before the shareholder vote to increase the authorized shares by BILLIONS, to 6.5 BILLION, they tell investors that they have 10 ready to go projects. After the suckers vote, not one word about those projects was ever mentioned again. WHAT A SLEAZY SCAM.

Telling investors that there was a 22% copper gossan on Hay Mountain and strongly implying it was a Bisbee like find. WHAT A SLEAZY SCAM.
