Don't thing the Q will be tomorrow or they would have filed together , which is good news the independent auditor has to verify any subsequent events before they can be included. I hope no sooner then a week, so we may see snapshots of deals.
I have no problem with not being current, since people can't convert. However if the are going to have an annual meeting they they must be current so I think we will see it in next few weeks....
I have been with this stock for years and paid as high as 6 cent a share for stock and as low as .001, over all the stock has been good to me.
My feelings are this is the year we all get richer!
