Here's the belief of KRFG merger closed or will close...

Until we get 100% confirmation that it is off the table, I still believe that there is a strong chance that a merger is going to happen. Saying that they never said that a merger "is" going to happen is not good enough. They also said that it "is not" going to happen either.

Of course there is much speculation since Mr. Junrong Yin becoming the Chairman and owner of the preferred shares of KRFG. These filings below were huge in my opinion as it appointed Junrong Yin, the CEO & Founder of Kojtech Holding Group, as the Chairman of the Board of KRFG:

I believe that if the sky was truly falling, then Brian Kistler would not have stated in the email that the work is done by the Chinese accountant and not him and that such was the reason for going to the yield sign on OTC Markets. Brian said that he had provided all the information that he has that would have been sufficient to have it prepared and is basically on the Chinese accountant to provide his piece. Such statement confirms to me that the Chinese are still in control and on board or the Chinese part that he is waiting for wouldn't matter.

Let's analyze this further for why I will continue to hold and take the risk.

In one spot within one filing it was stated that they... acquired King Resources Inc. currently quoted on OTC Markets under KRFG.

Then in another previously released filing it was stated that Brian Kistler had certified the quarterly report of King Resources, Inc. (KRFG) aka (as known as) Kojtech Holding Group, Inc. as indicated below:
