"Right now" I agree with,because as I said earlier they're all shit until they're not.There is a difference between mismanaging and a scam and that is intent.I don't think this is a scam,I just don't know why this is public?No shares for capital such as funding the hepko5,why let it sit there and not finish the testing when a bigger position for funding could be taken.Or how the ico's were handled,first it was this and then it was that.Again I'm not saying they're scamming,I'm saying mismanaging.Scam is if the ico $$ never get booked.
