Well I told everyone the 10Q would prove all the BS false and misleading claims are just that, FALSE AND MISLEADING BS!!!

Here is the breakdown of who owns the company:

Preferred A shares, Green C issued July 31, 2018 9,411,998 shares
Preferred B shares, Emet Capital, Feb 14, 2019 9,000,000 shares

Issued common shares as of May 19th, 2019 and confirmed by the T/A last Friday to be exactly the same 34,730,483 shares

See, all the BS false and misleading, no forms this and no forms that just got blown all to hell with this filing!

On to the next BS false and misleading claim that I am sure will be proven wrong just like every SINGLE one before that over the last 2 years.

The 10Q is very detailed and it looks great for share structure for a company that has been in business for less than 8 months. Very little dilution of common stock and they have done all their building with preferred shares!

Damn this dream team is good at what they do!
