One of my first posts here was If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.

My argument to all the negative is that Mark has made definitive statements as to things and events that have already happened. As such the SEC could prove or disprove the statements, and take action (criminal fraud) since they are not covered under Safe harbor. It is a toss-up, like any Pink or OTC, and a gamble that I am willing to take.

I have never told anyone to buy or not buy.
