Shareholder Dumping Much Worse Than Dilution
Because of shareholders dumping, the ratio of trading volume to dilution is 7.32. Essentially, for every one share of dilution, sharholders are dumping or selling 6.32 shares into the market. If you look at the table below for Q1, Q2, and Q3 combined, the ratio is still 5.32. Based on this analysis, we still have 123 million shares in dilution that did not make it to the float yet. This analysis makes the assumption that shareholders now are acting similar to before and keep dumping 6.32 shares for every share of dilution. If shareholders since the beginning of May are not adding FUEL TO THE FIRE, the amount remained for dilution would be much less than 123 million shares.
