The CEO Michael kept saying he wants to be up listed, you need a real board of directors that has real experience in listing a company on NASDAQ and NYSE.

Lastly, You raised 19 Million dollars why aren't you hiring people? Where is your enterprise sales team. You talk only about two opportunities. You should have 50-100 opportunities by now. No VP sales or Partnerships or channels.
