FullNet Communications, Inc., incorporated on May 24, 1995, is an integrated communications provider. Through its subsidiaries, the Company provides Internet access, Web hosting, equipment co-location, traditional telephone services, as well as advanced voice and data solutions. The Company markets its carrier neutral co-location solutions in its network operations center to other local exchange carriers, Internet service providers and Web-hosting companies. The Company is focused on marketing its services to two market segments: enterprises (primarily small and medium size businesses) and consumers. Through FullTel, Inc. (FullTel), its subsidiary, the Company operates as a licensed competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) in Oklahoma. FullTel provides the Company with local telephone access in approximately 230 cities.
Through CallMultiplier, Inc., its subsidiary, the Company offers a cloud-based solution to consumers and businesses for automated calling, texting and voice message delivery. The Company provides Internet access services to individual and small business customers located in Oklahoma on both retail and wholesale basis. Through FullNet, Inc. (FullNet), the Company offers a range of services, which includes private label retail and business direct dial-up connectivity to the Internet and secure private networks through its backbone network. FullTel activates local access telephone numbers for the cities in which the Company markets, sells and operates its retail FullNet Internet service provider brand, wholesale dial-up Internet service; its business-to-business network design, connectivity, domain and Web hosting businesses, and traditional telephone services, as well as advanced voice and data solutions.
The Company's branded and private label Internet access services are provided through a network with points-of-presence in over 230 communities throughout Oklahoma. Its business services consist of high-speed Internet access services and other services that enable wholesale customers to outsource their Internet and electronic commerce activities. Its primary advanced voice and data solution is marketed under its CallMultiplier brand name. CallMultiplier is a cloud-based solution to consumers and businesses for automated calling, texting and voice message delivery. CallMultiplier streamlines and automates call tree management to provide delivery of time-sensitive voice and text messages to groups. Its customers include sports teams, businesses, religious groups, schools, staffing companies, clubs and civic groups throughout the United States and Canada.
