Agreed. Will I glibly overlook a late filing? Of course not. That is my background and I was a stickler for it.
Mr. Steven Rotman. I called with a question. His response. "I just got in, let me check and I will call you back." Which he did about 30 minutes later. Doesn't matter what the question was. "We are doing our best and will continue to do our best." I believe they will. That is plenty for me.
