4 billion shares about to be dumpped onto note holders, they will dump into float immediately, they know they are been ripped off too.

You dont announce AS increase and RS unless you intend to use it.

Trip zeros prior to RS a certainty.

Post RS, they still hold massive debt, so will contine to run it up into the billions again.

99.95% losses from this point in 6 months... just like last time.
