I would say buy when the blood flow has slowed to a drip. I'm looking for the bottom. No point in causing more losses for yourself. It minimizes your risk. Worst case the PPS recovers before you buy more. This may be the bottom for UCPA, but it's to early to tell IMO. Good luck.
