Why has the FDA added GERS to the SRO list? For at least one of the following reasons:

*An organization that does not have a record of sales of FDA-regulated products will be deemed to be significantly regulated if its operations are predominately in fields regulated by FDA, or if its research, development, or other business activities are reasonably expected to result in the development of products that are regulated by FDA.

GERS has never had any dealings with the FDA until now. So what's this all about?

I believe this is in regards to cannabis. Either cannabis products are now more than 10% of gross sales or the FDA has good reason to believe GERS is developing products that they regulate.
