SRO-"Significantly Regulated Organization"

Why has the FDA added GERS to the SRO list? For at least one of the following reasons:

GERS has never had any dealings with the FDA until now. So what's this all about?
I believe this is in regards to cannabis. Either cannabis products are now more than 10% of gross sales or the FDA has good reason to believe GERS is developing products that they regulate.

I also found this interesting. At the same time GERS was added to the list, the following cannabis related companies were added as well.
