Based on the Batuta website, Alexandre Zyngier is the sole director and officer of Tetralogic. No SEC filings were submitted reflecting the board and officer update with Mr. Zyngier because the information was released after Tetralogic went “dark” and Tetralogic wasn’t obligated to file the changes with the SEC. In my opinion Mr. Zyngier was probably selected by the outgoing Tetralogic board prior to the company going dark. Based on the dates listed on the Batuta website, they didn’t update their site with the PR released 1/17/17 until 7/27/17.

Does anyone remember the outgoing board or an SEC filing mentioning Mr. Zyngier’s appointment?
