Makes sense. American Green is absolutely riddled with debt. Any potential profit made from the machines, or the grow facility, is now going through subsidiaries and not directly to American Green. This company's debt would just eat up any profits.

Which sucks for shareholders. They've bought shares in a company that is moving all of its revenue generating operations into shell companies to keep their massive debt from absorbing any profits, and instead lining their own pockets.
