We look forward to a final decision on the remaining issues related to Rontan's Motion for Dismissal. In a related filing from Friday, Rontan's current counsel, Tenzer Arrieta, has filed a petition to withdraw from the case citing irreconcilable differences. This filing will not affect our legal claim or strategies related to our current $63 million claim. I fully expect our position will be validated by the Courts.''
