On December 19, 2018 the shareholders approved a Reorganization Plan transitioning the Company from Uranium
to becoming a fully integrated Cannabis Company. Consistent with the new reorg plan the shareholders approved
the acquisition of an existing dispensary, grow, and distribution company in Oregon. As a result of the new Reorg
Plan, the Company no longer owns any mineral properties or resources. As of May 15, 2019, the approved
acquisition is still being negotiated and has not closed.
