I thought the part you didn't bold was more interesting than the part you did, but with respect to the bolded bit about "the Company has proceeded readying the production equipment in order to maintain project momentum," what do you suppose that means? There have been no purchases of assets this year, and they haven't even recorded the down payments on equipment as a receivable yet nor it is noted in the subsequent events.
