After looking back at Robert's LI profile and then the About Zalemark portion of the www.zalemark.com page it does look more and more like ZMRK will be absorbing Aeropon Leaf.
When I first read the PR and the website it came across as ZMRK would be producing Agricultural equipment. I think the Hanergy connection to David Xu fed this theory as well.
After reading the statement it looks more like ZMRK will be the industrializing agriculture, ie: Aeropon Leaf and then leveraging their relationships with the agricultural equipment manufacturers to verticalize their Cannabis business.
