What a wonderful phrase to hide "the 2 step restricting plan and keep the PPS down, gathering up shares by those in the know, damn the piddly debt against known future assets in the 100 millions, focus on buyers with deep pockets, super track record and convulted plans to shake off the weak of heart and keep the whales away. Never seen a restructuring that kept the informed uniformed.
