If it has any true benefit I am sure a legit pharma company would do it as well.
Does Karl have any license at this point to be giving away cannophen?
I noticed on some of the other cannabis cup events if you enter their competition you need a license for your product.

Are they allowing any vendor in the event with products they plan to launch?
