We can reasonably infer from not only the silence, but numerous other factors, that Nabil Ibim-Skibibim and Dopey Summerseve were a complete and total embarrassment.

Lacking any verifiable claims of success, their "talk" on project financing fell on deaf ears - if there was even an audience for the B.S. session.

My guess is that any rational person would've been out having cocktails pool-side, or on one of the many "excursions" offered by Axelwad's marketing and PR girls - I wonder if Bubbles was there, "entertaining?" Probably not - she's on the tubby side...
