I was told by someone that has an axe to grind with Fernando that LFER has zero cash zero revenue and zero sales.

I really do not 100 percent trust the comment but the bigger question is


1. LFER puts out meaningless press releases on nonsense very often

2. So why no PR on the late 40 day late 10 Q and the financial condition of the company


Where is the SEC FINRA OTCIQ on this> Why are they not looking into why the stock trades large volume and keeps going up???

Where are the regulators ?

THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION BY THE COMPANY AND LACK OF OVERSITE BY THE REGULATORS IS WRONG IN MY VIEW
