realest..I do not see any signed contract with the Golf course...
the Hotels are in dire condition and on top of that not 100% owned..and who of us knows what the mortgages are??
the restaurants are for sale despite of being the only cash flow asset..?? but again..good luck to you..I might be wrong and hope it works out for you...
