then surely not a good stock. because we can not judge the timing to enter and exit. It really smells a scandal. How could you sell offering at dirt cheap prices by ruining the stock price with managed poor decisions to someone who also short the stocks. Empery is offering buyer and short as well. You will see this scandal continues till next big news then stock rallies for couple of sessions and dumped down by 50% to 70%. I went through history of this stock. I believe Clarke deliberately ruined the stock to benefit vested interests. By this trend this stock will remain near $1 then quick jump to $2 range and shorted back to $1 range after few hours of rally. There is buyout chance but not more than $4 or $5
