a deal means survival and nothing more than that. It will take quite a while to run a real B UP trial and much much longer for meaningful data about oral B IBD. Any real value here is years away and there will be lots of time to buy in.

Next concern of course- what are the terms of the deal? And with whom? The terms cannot be good since the company hasn't aleg to stand on.

But- IP survive, and our investments are not gone.
