MMEX-scam is not only well behind the curve, it’s not even on the road - it’s four wheels, upside down, in the ditch.

MMEX-scam has nothing of value. The TCEQ Type O AQP is not transferrable, and it permits operation of a facility that could produce no marketable product, if said facility were ever built. That permit has an associated $100 application fee - it’s potential value is immaterial.

MMEX-scam’s parcel of Pecos County desert paradise has an established market value of $10 - it was paid for using $10 “and other consideration,” warrants on worthless MMEX-scam shares. MMEX-scam’s parcel has a market value of about 8-cents per acre. The flagpole adds no value. The UTLands easements are similarly not transferrable, and anyone skilled in the art would see that MMEX-scam’s real-estate is actually a liability.

Given that MMEX-scam carries $40-million in cumulative losses and current liabilities, with a market cap on a good day of less than $900K, it is technically bankrupt - this is what insolvent means, if one were to read MMEX-scam’s SEC filings.

MMEX - You’ve Been Scammed!

Why would a real oil refinery company want to build a refinery here? One of the biggest argument against MMEX was that if a refinery was needed, a real oil refinery company would build one. Now, as you say, one is. Very interesting. MMEX was and is ahead of the curve here. We already have permit, land, etc.

When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It is difficult only for others. It is the same when you are stupid.
