In preparations for doing business in Texas, Sipp Industries has initiated the process of applying for licensing with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). TABC is the state agency that regulates all phases of the alcoholic beverages industry in Texas from sales, advertising, production and transport of alcoholic beverages throughout the state of Texas.
Ted Jorgensen, President of Sipp Industries' wholly-owned subsidiary, Major Hemp, completed high-level meetings with the owner and operator of a large Dallas area brewery on producing and distributing hemp and CBD-infused beers throughout Texas and surrounding states. Jorgensen stated, "We've identified a great brewing partner that will enable expanded production and geographic reach for our hemp and CBD-infused beers. We are in the process of testing an initial batch of Major Hemp HIPA with our TTB approved formulas, and plan to add CBD beer pending final regulatory approval."
