My spouse and I are both lawyers; she also has an M.D., and has worked with the medical device division of an international conglomerate for the past 18-20 years. She has been interested in checking the truth of matters( e.g., ads, videos and other promotional materials) like you cite; that function resembles one of her assigned tasks in her current workplace—to prevent FDA-related issues(warning letters, etc.).

We will let you know if we find anything of an untoward nature that would cause concern and suspicions. Nothing to report at present or since our investment in 2016.
