Seriously, we all know Parkinson's FICO score is 313 - dude couldn't scrape together financing for a used moped - a simple fact anyone with record access can figure out. But I did love the CC defense where he actually stated - on record - that he attempted to get a cash advance at an ATM, then stated - on record - that the cash never came out of the machine but was charged for it anyway. And the balance somehow ballooned to $4,000 without him ever knowing?

Yet he never contacted his CC company to report the "incident?"

What kind of idiot comes up with this garbage and is stupid enough to file it on record with the courts?
