To actually spend a few minutes researching the sheer amount of money involved in the open litigation against this dark filer. Multiple legal filings against the HHSE scam in multiple states, multiple enforcement judgements and multiple writs of garnishment.
There's a reason this garbage company has multiple LLCs, holding names and worthless shells floating around with "incorporation" filings all over the country; there's a reason the principal has twelve email addresses, several physical addresses and a woefully outdated amount of websites.
In Arkansas alone, their are several filings that at cursory glance either appear closed or adjudicated in favor of the oft defendant HHSE - but are, in fact, still wide open or re-opened with current writs, plaintiff filings and further documentation adding into the millions and going back nearly a decade.
Same goes for all the blog nonsense where Parki attempts to convince his "friends and followers" that litigation is settled, being defended or otherwise HHSE ripped someone off but it's actually the plaintiff's misunderstanding of what Parki said, implied or actually promised.
That said, as the noose continues to tighten around this penny play, it will be hilarious to watch the shell game crumble when Parkinson runs out of pixie dust excuses once and for all.
Look no further than Regal spending significant unplanned legal fees attempting to avoid garnishments in a complicated case that was actually HHSE's doing - a mess they got caught up in for doing nothing more than getting involved with HHSE in the first place (new 47 page response just filed BTW for those that actually read).
Park will eventually pull the Fred's dead or dying card out again - wait and watch.
