Unlike MMEX-scam, the Meridian Walton Station project, announced in Feb. 2019, is in Winkler County. It is proximal to both crude terminals, and transmission pipelines - unlike MMEX-scam’s isolated patch of Pecos County desert.

Unlike MMEX-scam, Meridian’s team is not composed of fraudsters and failures, serial scammers, con-men, and grifters.

Unlike MMEX-scam, Meridian has already demonstrated the ability to execute, including financing, engineering, and construction, vis. the Davis Refinery project.

Unlike MMEX-scam, Meridian’s projects are real, and don’t proposed failed-out-the-gate “strategies” like phasing into the business with tiny, tea-pot rudimentary topping units - Meridian’s projects are full-conversion, moderate scale, real refineries.

Why would a real oil refinery company want to build a refinery here? One of the biggest argument against MMEX was that if a refinery was needed, a real oil refinery company would build one. Now, as you say, one is. Very interesting. MMEX was and is ahead of the curve here. We already have permit, land, etc.

When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It is difficult only for others. It is the same when you are stupid.
