I hear a real oil refining company will be applying for a permit very soon, to build a real refinery near the Permian basin. Approximately 58,000 bpd and will be modeled after the Dakota Davis Refinery. They will be the cleanest refineries on the planet when they are operational.

Ole hanks is still pushing his little make believe refinery and pissing away MMEX shares through toxic lenders...
