In his letter, malak is a little confused...
He bemoans the AIA......
BUT IT IS THAT VERY AIA GENERATED PTAB THAT GRANTED HIM AN UNBELIEVABLE, UNPRECEDENTED, COMPLETELY SURPRISING CLEEN SWEEP OF ALL 8 CHALLENGES TO THE PATENTS. HE IS THE ONLY ONE, AFAIK, TO EVER GET A RULING LIKE THAT! AGAINST ALL ODDS, THE PTAB RULED IN HIS FAVOR 8x OVER! SO HE FINALLY GOT INTO FED COURT FOR INFRINGEMENT CASES. IT WAS THAT FED JUDGE, NOT THE AIA, WHO DISMISSED HIS CASES.
He has a history of cases dismissed, although he usually just quits and walks away, or loses (Granville hotel).
He is a little mixed up..

Not only that, but get this...

Because of apples motions & appeals, malak is still awaiting ptab (AIA) rulings. The last time Malak had to wait on the ptab to rule, it took them 1 full year. In my opinion, that was because they were under no time line constraints to issue their ruling AND they had been embarrassed & were pissed off at vplm for the sawyer letters and the shakeup at the ptab caused by that. That so called "final written decision" should've been the final word, because it's called a "FINAL written decision", but now, cuz of good ol apple, we see it was not final AT ALL. They just name it that for shits and giggles later, lol. So now, Malak is once again awaiting some more final written decisions from his buds at the ptab (AIA). SO THIS TIME HE KNEW HE COULDN'T GET HUCK FINN (sawyer) TO WRITE THIS LETTER & HE WAS LEFT HAVING TO WRITE IT HIMSELF.....AND IT'S A SCATHING REPORT ON GUESS WHO?......THE PTAB & THE AIA, IN GENERAL. HAHAHAHA.....THE PTAB NOW, AFTER SEEING THIS LETTER, WILL BE SURE TO BE "REAL NICE" TO HIM IN TERMS OF HOW LONG AND HOW THEY (the PTAB) FINALLY RULE ON THE OUTSTANDING QUESTIONS. YEP, HE DAN BE SURE TO GET A NICE POSITIVE RULING NOW! Lol, lol, lol, lol, lol, lol
