Every OTC company dilutes. This is not new information. 700 million OS is low even with the dilution. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't this company plan to have 15 mil in revs in the next year? Product about to launch or has launch. I'm a chart guy, I don't know the details about the company. A trip stock with only 700 mil OS and 15 mil in revs is outstanding considering the MC is less then 500k. Chart setting up nicely.
