Here's the question from the 1Q 2019 Quarterly Report per Disclosure Statement Pursuant to the Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines
Fact: Mr. Benoit Laliberte, President, CEO and CFO of United American Corporation was convicted after appeal on April 28 2009. That is within ten (10) years and saying no in face of the facts is a LIE. Actually found guilty on 44 of 48 counts though the last three (3) counts not decided by court, following appeal, on April 28, 2009 so within ten (10) year period. A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION BY THE PRESIDENT, CEO, CFO AND UAMA.
UAMA failed to disclose the following material information as required by SEC on a timely basis:
1) Personal bankruptcy of Benoit Laliberte, UAMA President, CEO and CFO.
2) Bankruptcy filing of Navigata-Westel, largest telecom operating subsidiary in 2016.
3) Receivership of Investel Capital Corp in 2017.
4) Criminal convictions of Benoit Laliberte in 2008 and 2009.
Will the FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION in the UAMA 1Q 2019 Report serve as a catalyst to get the SEC to take action?
