Yes, and with only around 200K shares being one of the largest shareholders of WINMQ may not bode well at all for commons survival.

Just trying to look at both sides of this scenario. To your point concerning the second quarter “Q” filing coming out end of July to first part of August, I agree in that I would think a DS and even the POR may be out by then which will determine common’s fate. They seem to go in a hurry to get out of chapter eleven by end of year 2019[/].
