Just a few thoughts:
1. I wonder what happens if TPL management cancels the vote or
somehow attempt to invalidate Mr. Oliver's nomination.

2. I wonder if the two Trustees have done something that would
cause a shareholder to attempt to remove them for cause.

3. The idiocy of this proxy war is further proof that TPL
needs a new governance system, likely a C Corp, as well
as new management (at least at the Trustee level.)

4. Assuming Mr. Oliver wins and TPL management attempts to
lock him out, the entire mess would be fought on legal
turf. Guess who will pay for that? Right! The shareholders!!

5. If management were smart they would attempt a compromise of
some kind with Oliver. Instead, they will continue to
escalate until General Ripper proceeds with Wing Attack,
Plan R. (And any Dr. Strangelove fan knows how badly that went.

6. Maybe the two "oil & gas companies" that wanted to acquire TPL
will make a bid if the management takes further action against
Oliver. Imagine if Oliver is elected and management refuses
to play nice. HK could decide, screw this BS, lets just sell
our entire stake to the highest bidder. That would be one
way the Trust could end up getting sold.

7. I do not understand how management does not see the optics in
their actions. Every move they make is a worst one than they
made before.

8. What management should be most afraid of is legal action being
brought against them.
