I thought DECN already had an in-store supplier agreement with Walmart and it was up to DECN to implement it? Was this agreement canceled by Walmart and that is the reason Paragon needs to salvage it for the failed CEO, MF Berman? Haven't we been "teased" with CVS before? Just like Kroeger, GenSure, Mexican convenient stores, big pet store and so many more deals, agreements, etc?
