Disagree that it is better than a buyout. A buyout would likely be the higher valuation on a forward looking basis. Organic growth with increasing revenue/profits is fantastic, but a second level of priority to a buyout. And frankly, frzt valuation of less than 1.5m for a multi million revenue, positive cash flow company us absurd. Surprised an acquisition has yet to happen and or a proxy fight for control etc. My opinions.
