I agree with you Stocklionking. I didn't mean to infer that the CE was do to the stock price. I get that CE is do to, not being in compliance with the SEC and lack of financial reporting. I also do not agree with the numerous regurgitation of tweets and or old postings. I agree with you that when he said the financials were on schedule, and then they didn't come out on time, and most of us lost hundreds of thousands of dollars "on paper", it sucked! But I think someone this board had addressed it, in a way that could make sense. Granted, more speculation, that they didn't have the money to pay the accounting firm, but it would seem to be logical reason why financials didn't come out because Mark did not have them in hand. But it also seems logical that they had filed in the past and then they will file in the future, IMO. This is not my industry, but this stock does appeal to my risk/reward tolerance. But to be completely honest, I have no idea what to believe or what's going on behind the scenes either, and I have to believe that is all by design. I am hopeful that we'll all have a better grip on the circumstances by Year's End. I'm not drinking the Kool-Aid, I think we're all back of the bus, individually hoping we arrive at our destination.
