Missing is the PR that totally vanished later from the interwebs, except where it is documented in IHUB granite (maybe?) here:

Compare that to current web BOD (BOD3? BOD4?) and it reminds me of a sliding tile game, but the kind I wanted as a kid where you could pull tiles out and put them (or different tiles) back in where you wanted them!
BTW, I don't have a screenshot but I googled "independent director" on March 26 because I'd not heard that term before, so I believe that is when I noticed Philip Elias listed on OTCM and where he is still listed under company directors:
