It's all good, this thing is just doing its last little dance before before the game gets serious. Short holders/sellers etc. they only speak about or bring up 6 months ago when things were in bad shape. And our ever present personal roving reporter that travels with us everywhere, he does an article slamming it what up to every 2 weeks now, he needs to get a hobby his bias is bordering on stalking/insanity?

People neglect the to see the obvious maybe its tunnel vision only seeing the shape the company was in 6 months ago, maybe its going by what they think will happen is happening because all they see is the money that was being spent 6 months ago.

I see so many posts "company is unhealthy" "company burns cash" "company hasn't enough cash to get through 3-6 months" "company has no cash is filing bankruptcy" where they get this from is beyond me.

Its almost as if they will not believe that costs are/have been cut drastically, or that the things that were being done that contributed to this cash burn have been halted, that the drop in stores that were eating away at the bottom line will somehow still be eating away at it? I don't know, its honestly as if all those things haven't been done and will have no effect until they can see it in a filing and put there stamp of approval on it.

I mean seriously, you cannot just figure it out without that? We lost a ton of institutional investors as most have rules about their holdings and no mater what if a stock they are holding goes below a certain price, drops from an index etc they have to sell it no matter what. I look at the loss of many funds/institutions and see it as a simple +/- thing for many, its .05 or 1% of their holdings and it just has to go. Many sold in December and added back for more shares with the $ difference taking the tax sell route, many didn't a couple just averaged down 2 in particular held 200-300K now hold 2.3 million they are just like we are only on a bigger scale.

But, we gained many other institutions and many added, they picked up the slack and yes Blacks Rock trimmed its holdings by half but Cross River stepped up to the plate and said here I take that bat. 6 in one hand half a dozen in the other. Many will be surprised if for no other reason than because they just looked at numbers and until the see different it is what it is, X is being spent and Y is being taken in and until the 10Q says otherwise it is what it is, period.

I have made a fortune, been luckier than I should have over the years,in situations just like this. I have spent the time digging, figuring out all the scenarios etc and it has worked for me. This is like another stock I was telling people about year about last summer/fall and I am going to say the same thing with this one.

If you can catch a dip, bid sit it and grab 500-1000 shares whatever if you get a nice score on a trade, or get a scalp or two extra one day, take a little bit and grab some of this and just put it away in a shoe box, a cookie jar hell underneath the mattress then look back at it 6 months from now even 1 or 3 you will be glad you did.

Here is one of the posts I made in Feb about it, saying pretty much the same thing, and I will say it about this one in 6 months there will be 1-2 dozen regular posters on this board, because its gonna happen. People aren't seeing it right now, I don't know why, but, they should it's right in front of them if they wish to look.

This one just like that one will be a total game changer IMHO, things go the way we see them going right now 5-6 before next year at this time, I have no doubt. The other one I say rock solid 10 by Xmas this will be rock solid 3's by Xmas period. IMHO.

Do some DD this week, look for yourself whats changed, and I no I keep saying this and I no because I am a website/tech in the wilderness kind a guy, but it is totally different than before and the customer participation with just the Instagram uploads people do of themselves in their new Francesca's outfits, I never would have thought of that, shows how old I am. That is wicked genius, brand loyalty, easy advertising to all their friends etc I mean, yeah I am to old cannot believe the internet was not used more sooner.

I never feel retail will ever especially for clothes get to home shopping be the majority, never happen. But for customer participation, brand loyalty, advertising I mean some of these ladies have 1000-10,000 followers its brilliant that girl we saw on YouTube with the shopping haul try on my new wardrobe from Francesca's is like what 28K views now?.

Instant advertising their friends associates see them in the clothes smiling and happy looking good and want to be smiling and happy too, I get it. Not a stranger some model you don't know, its Lisa, Kaitlin or Gina etc, you see her. Imagine all the forwarding and chatting with other girlfriends and family yeah maybe this is a common thing, well if it is they should have done it ions ago, or maybe its not, or well nor or I am an old (53) guy living in the wilderness when it comes to technology and how the world communicates as a whole now, I am more 1980 than I am 2000.

Now I get why 6-7 months ago articles were so down on Francesca's website and "experience" I get it, the old guy gets it, the light bulb came on.

I have to go catch a flight, if any more errors in post oh well not time left to edit, deal with it 100 word sentences and all, ha ha.

Peace out.
