That's a lot of thoughtful information to lay on me. Will reread & reread & digest, but the general picture is clear from your viewpoint.
Many × many OTC scams...learning to see those through financials, behaviour, other indicators. I am young(ish) - 52, last I recall - so I set some $$ aside for the quick buck, some for the long draw.
All shares are executed & publicly traded for $CMGO (except for 5MM × 2 basically "series b" shares that remain "unexecuted", if that is the correct term. Their creation is allowed, but they remain, well, uncreated (I have a tm on this highly technological term).
Something just doesn't feel right about the whole scene. Doesn't mean one cannot make some quick money, but it does give one pause...even if the relationship is only a 1-2 week affair.
$MYMX was the first or second OTC I discovered & considered for the 10-15 year hold. $BIOC was the other. I still keep an eye on that, though I own none.
Looked to play fast & loose with $MYMX shares for a few days to cover $CMGO. I am aware of the Anergis situation, although not in as much depth as yourself. Fast & loose = Cross fingers & hope option isn't announced in that 2 day period. Likely would have been ok...Likely. But it is here nor there, as the necessity has come & gone.
My impression was Anergis is looking for more outside funding...seemingly to pull the trigger w/$MYMX.
Assumption - Mr. Kemper's truly & sincerely has shareholddr intedest in mind. That we are all in same "shares boat" supports that view. I assume you believe he is the "turn-around guy" he is sold as.
Question 1 - Anergis aside, do you put any stock in the NIH funding w/Texas? Buys us a lifeline for 5 years should all else go to shit, yes, and my understanding is Phase 1 HIV testing very positive.
Queston 2 - See any likelihood one of the big 4 or 5 pharmas nips $MYMX off early, buys whole company for what would amount to pennies on the dollar?
